Orders are typically delivered within 10-12 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the shipping location.
To ensure successful delivery, please:

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately at contact@starletteatelier.in.

Each order can be shipped to one address only. To deliver items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Shipping charges remain consistent regardless of the size or value of the order.

All orders are carefully packed and sealed before dispatch, but please check parcels upon delivery to ensure integrity.

International Shipping
Currently, Starlette Atelier does not ship internationally. All orders are serviced within India only.
Cancellations & Modifications

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

If your payment has already been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days upon request.
You may also cancel your order before it is packed by emailing us at contact@starletteatelier.in with your Order Number.
Address Modification
If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a change to the shipping address by contacting us at contact@starletteatelier.in.
